Appearing at Thought Bubble 2014

Nov 13, 2014. Posted in Appearances, Comics

This Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th November, I will make my second appearance at the fantastic Thought Bubble comic convention, held at Clarence Dock, Leeds.

Like last year, I will be sharing my table with Lem, of Bunny Comic and—more recently—excellent space-based tales. Come and see us at table 127, New Dock Hall!

My first two mini-comics, Done and Control, are joined by an all-new zine introducing P.I.P (Patrick’s Interactive Project) to the world.

The previously unnamed robot was successfully named by Bethany Joy via a contest I ran at last year’s Thought Bubble. It’s a character that’s been floating about for years, and now it has a name, a story has started to form. I’m looking forward to sharing sketches, character designs and the world of P.I.P in the coming months, so get yourself the zine this weekend and be ahead of the game!

For a donation to the keep-me-in-chocolate fund I’ll even sketch your very own P.I.P. to take home and love.

You’ll also find me inking up my next mini-comic, Potential, which was initially intended for release this weekend but has grown into a Kubrickian effort. Maybe I’ll show you a couple of pages if you’re lovely and charming.
